Pink Champagne Rose

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
Anais Nin, 1903-1977

Imagine Pink Champagne in a rose! What could be better than this?

Pink Champagne rose was released in Australia in 2015 and is a dear little Floribunda rose of mid pink.  It is one of my favourite floribundas as it just grows perfectly and has lighter more apple green coloured foliage and a slightly spreading low habit with large sprays of blooms in clusters. The buds are pointed with semi double to double blooms in a very pretty shade of mid to light pink just like a glass of Pink Champagne. BilleCart Salmon for sure please.

The blooms show a creamy yellow tint at the base and at full season have many blooms per spray and are found all over the bush and described by Dawsons Garden World as like bubbles in the Champagne.

Available from Sikies rose Farm

Plant in full sun as Pink Champagne does not like shade and to be careful of overhead watering as it may be prone to mildew.
